    Default was there such a thing as a capri notch

    im wondering cos all i've seen was fastbacks. and that makes me wonder...

    There never was a notch Capri.
    There was the standard,GL,RS,Ghia models but never a notch

    But they were marketed as Mustangs and only used Capri bumper covers and tail lights.

    I have a rotted Capri shell that I was thinking of removing the fenders, cutting off the upper quarter panel and attemting to create a capri notch...

    car has wasted floor, hatch is wasted, lower corners or quarters are rusted.... and the frame is gone...

    do a search for mr.pink, he made one, and sold it on here, very cool looking car.

    a notch , with a capri front gives it more of that muscle car look.

    just get a notch and capri nose it.

    Yeah I am thinking about doing it just because I hate to scrap the capri but if I use parts of it to make something somewhat unique then It makes it a tad better...

    I don't care what you did. Using the aero quarter photos all wrong and shows off the truly skinny roofline. Your car is FAIL in my book. Do away with the aero notch quarter (always ugly as hell, made the aero notch about as exciting as a Dodge Dart), put the sail panel back, and we might have something to talk about.

    Man the red coupri is plain awesome,until you get a magazine cover take a chill pill,even though i kinda agree with the quarter windows,it would look mean with some svo sails
    86 gt, bone stock except for underdrive pullies and flowmaster catback(well it does have a little spray),5 lug conversion with big and littles

    The original Capri from Europe was a notch. It had foureyes too! Just not a Fox Body...

    well tell us how you really feel. as far as failing everyone is entitle to there opinion and i built it the way i wanted it, besides the car was an aeronose to begin with.
