Default 1985 Ford Mustang GT T-Top

    1985 Ford Mustang GT T-Top $4500obo

    • 5.0 converted to 1986 fuel injection, Explorer upper/lower intake
    • 5 speed transmission/2nd gear syncro bad
    • 5 lug/disk brake conversion, ~3.08 rear gear ratio
    • New window regulators/motors/lock actuators
    • New T-Top seals installed
    • Interior partially assembled, removed to replace bad carpet/sound dampening material
    • Recent body work, great project starting point
    • Marti report

Nice project car, I’ve got too many projects and not enough time. I have most of the interior components, wouldn’t take much to reassemble.

    Make an offer if interested.

Its what drew me to the car, its supposed to be ford anti-establish mint, but definitely is more of a lime color.

Here's what I have currently, I can grab more on request (or as it gets warmer). Winter in KS is not my favorite.

    Snavesa,

Are you sure that's an 85? I could see it being converted to EFI and an 8.8. But who in their right mind would add the 3rd brake light without a larger wing? I could see an aftermarket wing needing the 3rd brake light but that looks awfully stock.

Those are the easiest ways to tell an 86 from an 85.

Good looking car, really enjoy the bright colors like green, orange and purple on cars. You shouldn't have a hard time selling, once it warms up.

    Thanks

Marti report verifies, late '84 build but an '85. People do crazy things.

Hoping it goes to a good home that can finish projects better than I can.
