    Default Engine has been sitting for 10 years

    What can i do to loosen up and remove these pistons without damaging the block? Cam shaft moves freely but crank is seized solid.<br>Name:  20200101_174700.jpg

    Pour Marvel mystery oil on top of each piston let it sit and pray

    Cheap option when you need larger quantities can also be automatic transmission fluid and acetone mixed 1:1. Although I do agree with both of the suggestions above. Good Luck!

    I like PB blaster but Acetone and ATF works really well. If you are not reusing the pistons (and I doubt in this situation you would), remove the crank and drive the pistons out with a block of wood and a big hammer. Once the piston starts moving you should be OK. You can drive them down a little first (to get them loose) then up from the bottom.
