Default Ford emblem on LTD grill

    Merry Christmas!

I have a new to me '86 LTD wagon. Does anyone know where to get the blue oval Ford emblem to fit the grill? Or an equivalent that will fit? I have been unable to find anything so far.

    Thanks!

Sorry for the upside down pic, I have tried flipping it and it still stays upside down.

There are all sorts of sizes on Ebay. What length do you need?

It's a little under 4". I didn't know if there was some common knowledge on where to get them or a good reproduction. I will probably grind this one down and and find one that goes on the back of a mustang if I can't figure out the proper part soon.

I took it apart and ordered a similar part number that looks like it would fit with the correct pins. The part number is E1GB8C046CC X DC6. I couldn't find that exact match but hopefully this new one will fit.

Did your new emblem fit? Might you have the part number?

I'm sorry, I've been meaning to reply back to this thread. I ordered part #E8ZB-8C046-A off of ebay and it was a perfect match. I think it is slightly different because the back is chrome and you can see in the pic the old one was black but it fit perfect and looks good.

It looks like your original was part number E2FZ-8A223-A, possibly replaced by E2DZ-5442528-A.
