I don't think I'm the only one here. It's fun to make changes to these old-a$$ cars to update them with more modern comfort features. Personally, I think I get more satisfaction out of doing these than I do making performance modifications (so many unknowns and complications there). I thought it would be cool to have a thread of what everyone else is doing in this area too! We don't seem to talk about this stuff as often and it's cool! For a platform that was around as long as the Fox, used on so many different types of models, some of this stuff bolts right in, while others require a bit more work.
My car as built had manual windows and locks, black vinyl low-back bucket seats (an unusual feature for F/Zs, I know, but still not good enough for me, ), cold A/C, and not much else. Here's what I've done with it.
'85-89 Sport buckets recovered in black vinyl to match the interior
Power windows w/original power regulators
Center console
Modern stereo system w/thumps
Cupholders, front and rear!
remote power locks-ebay kit
Period Illuminated Entry system
Footwell courtesy lights
Lighted mirror sunvisors

Rear shoulder belts from '90-93 notchback
3rd brakelight from same
LED lighting
Front cupholders, note relocated power point and window controls
Rear cupholder from an F150
Dash clock was kind of a PITA, but I like it!
