Dunno. RockAuto lists a VDO and Spectra Premium. The VDO looks identical to the Murray fan on O'Reilly's site. O'Reilly also lists a Dorman fan which I'm not generally a big fan of their parts, but they do make some decent stuff. The Spectra Premium looks little less universal than the others. I've had good luck with other Spectra Premium cooling system products recently. No specific experience with their fans though.

it is the same murry blade had a vdo sticker on it guess ill try Azone as i need a fan blade as soon as i can get one if it still is not right ill have to order one from lmr tho i need one now before it comes apart
Well at least the Dorman fan seems to fit according to Amazon reviews.

yes is does dorman 620-112 fits the murry/vdo did not
