    Default Ford MotorSport Maf Adaptor Questions

    Does anyone have any documentation on what is actually being done when installing this?

    Obviously it is allowing for a mass air flow sensor and I am guessing that it is relocating the tab and tad solenoids to their proper MAF SEFI pins. Is this correct?

    Does this do anything with the VSS +/- signals? How about the FPM wire?

    Just curious is anyone is running it and knows exactly what it is doing.

    I think I have a copy of the original motorsport instructions that came with my motorsport harness/kit. I will have to look when I get home. If I forget send me a PM and I will look for it.

    How are the other sensors working when using this adapter. I'm doing a Maf swap and having fuel pump running constantly problems. Key on.and ecu unhooked . new relay. If it surround hooking my old harness to my a9l ecu Id do this. Afraid I'm burn up my a9l ecu if I use it and I don't get fp fixed. If anyone can help I really appreciate them

    If you look at the top of the large connector, you'll see it adds just 4 wires from the MAF. The FPM1, FPM2, VSS+/- signals will all have to be added and the harness re-pinned as necessary to do the MAF conversion 'right'.
