    Default gas pedal tension spring

I got one of these gas pedals a while back. never could figure out how to install the tension spring.

Does anyone have a photo or a diagram showing how it goes in?

I took a look at this today but lying on my back and trying to orientate the camera and figure out the placement of the spring was impossible.

Looks like you have the pedal bracket out of the car in your pics. Is that hard to do? I think I may have to do it that way.

There's a plastic clip that you have to pop out with the actual throttle cable. Then there are two nuts that hold the accelerator pedal to the floor. The clip is often the hardest part until you have done it once or twice. Still generally should be a 15-30 minute job depending on how difficult the clip is. Good Luck!
