can you put 20" shelby razors on an 84 fox body with sn95 conversion, also have access to 93 lx 5.0 frfont suspension, would any of that be beneficial

The offset on the S197 cars is much different than a Fox or even the SN95. Fitment will depend on actual wheel width, tire size, overall diameter, ride height, actual suspension setup, etc.
Can it be done . . . Sure . . . . Is it worth it . . . . that is something only you can decide. More specifications would be needed to help verify if the 20" Shelbys might fit. My guess is probably NOT or at least not well.
I think the 2014 GT 500 used 265/40/19 front wheels which is @ 27.4" tall. The stock 225/60/15 Mustang wheels were @ 25.7" tall. You are talking about going to 20" wheels so you will have to run an even shorter sidewall and still have an overall diameter that is almost 2" taller than stock.

not using them the guy was trying to scam, only had 3 and 2 were road rashed bad, no thank you, but to the second part is would I benefit from using the 93 5.0 lx front control arms or is even worth it, my car is an 84 anny car 5.0 5 speed
93 had low friction balljoints from the factory which is a benefit.
The problem is they are old enough now that the rubber bushings are junk.
You are better off using reproduction control arms and replacing the balljoints they come with using balljoints from the SN95 parts bin.
