Default Exciting news on the 83 GT

This has been a long road. Very long. My car was last plated in 1998. Well, May 31st, I plated the ole girl. It hasn’t been without problems though. I was getting discouraged, and followed advice I’ve heard Trey say many times. “Get it roadworthy!” So, I have currently almost 400 miles on her now, and there is nothing better than being behind the wheel of a fox body again. The 245/45’s break loose slamming into 3rd gear which is an absolute blast. I took my oldest for a drive the other day, even kicked her sideways shifting into 3rd, and the look on her face, and the laughing, and she said “OMG, it sucks you right into the seat!”

All the late nights, long hours, was worth it in the end. Now I’m slowly gathering stuff for the winter projects.
