Unfortunately I don't believe there are any new options at this time. A good used door is probably your best option. Depending on where you are located finding a good used door is not too bad. Obviously if you are searching for a 79-early 80 model door for your 79 Capri the search will be a bit more difficult.
You can modify a later model door to use the lower interior door handle without too much trouble. The 80-86 doors would be your best option. I do have a pair of 79 doors, but no idea how far apart we are. Feel free to send me a PM if you want. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply, after sanding away paint it doesn't look like the doors are bad. I had originally looked at the inside of the doors after taking the panels off and assumed I had Bondo, it seems that it's just sealant of some sort. Bummer that I didn't buy these lower door skins when they where available though, would have been nice to have.

These gotta be the easiest lower door skin repairs possible. It's literally a flat piece of steel, with virtually no contour. You could make skins, I think, easily, if you have access to a press brake.
