    Default Pace car Shenanigans

This car has been one weird find after another. Previous owner butchered so many things, and most of the work has been correcting them.

I had in the back of my mind to do an actual cowl induction but didnt want to cut up the factory sheetmetal hood. But the previous owner had these goofy mirror panels under the hood. So as I was pulling off the mirror panels I found a big section of hood cut out. The other side had a matching hole. But now the weird part was a bunch of wires and tiny light bulbs in the hood. .plus I'm not sure if its factory but the cowl part of the hood has a ton of holes drilled in the back side of the louvers.

So... looks like it's a go to design some kind of cowl induction. Virginity is long gone.

I think I could pull off a clean cowl induction setup... I think. It's already half way butchered.

True. Easily fixable and it's already jacked up, so it's not like you're hurting anything. Just don't go nuts. Kid down the road from me aero-swapped his 84, painted it purple, and added one of those 3ft tall aluminum ricer wings. I came home and hugged my pace car.

Haha... that wont happen. But I think a sheetmetal intake that mates to the underside of the factory cowl and take air from the already present holes in the backside of the cowl. Would look pretty slick, sort of like a nascar set up.
