    Default Window regulator rivets

Are the rivets for the window regulators the same as the rivets for the door glass? Same type/size of gun? Are bolts and nuts advisable? I'm converting manual doors to power, just getting my ducks in a row. Any tips or pointers welcome.

I want to say they are the same size but I do not remember for sure. You definitely need the same size rivet gun.

Yes, they are the same 1/4"x1/2". And you use any riveter that accepts 1/4" rivets.
The one good thing about using bolts and nuts on the regulators is that you will never have to drill them out again if there is a problem.
But just because I said that, does not mean I did that.
If you do use nuts and bolts, make sure you put the nuts facing towards you. And use lock washers.
