    Default Turn signal lever/switch

Hey guys, I've ran through the forum trying to get solid info but haven't been able to find anything. If there's something I missed I'd definitely appreciate a link.

My problem is, my turn signal lever just sort of hangs there and will only let signals flash if I push/pull real hard on it and hold it. I've seen several aftermarket switch and lever combos for random years, some with horn switches built in? First, do I need all of that? Or do I need a certian switch inside the hub? My car is an 86. Thanks so much for any info

The horn for your vehicle should be in the center of the wheel. Therefore you don't need the horn in the Multi-function switch.

The switch style is essentially the same for 83-86. I think there was a change in the symbols/letter on the switch before 83 and 84, but not 100% on that. Good Luck!

Ok, I think I'm understanding it now. The actual horn is in the turn signal for earlier cars. I didn't realize that lol. But thanks man for the help
