    Post Hey I am new user with 1984 GT

    I have owned it since 1990. It been of the road since 1999. It has not been started in 17 or 18 years .Lots of mods .I am going to try and get it running. I have lots of questions for you guys. thanks in advance

    Welcome to FEP. I agree that the 84's are the best. That is what mine looked like when I bought it (white)

    Yes, we are all eager to see your car. That is a long time to be off the road. That will be so cool to get it running again! I know the feeling. Welcome to FEP!

    Getting it running wont be as hard as getting it smogged in California. I put Mac shorties ,h pipe and tailpipes in 1991. Smog issues were part of why I parked
    it in 1999. pics are coming .I'm old so my son is trying to be patient with me asking for help on this forum. I'm slowly learning and having alot of fun with this . Is there a limit to the number of pics in new user intro ? are the pics limited to four eyes or can I show my other fords?

    Here are some specs 92 front spindles,11"rotors 73mm calipers ,ssbc rear discs,Koni reds ,Eibach ,hotchkis lower rear contol arms , bbk upper rear arms,motorsports front control arms , 92 steering rack, motorsports WC T5 back when part #ended in x ,lakewood bellhousing, zoom kevlar clutch ,aluminum driveshaft, motorsports 8.8 with 410's,TA differential cover, Brad Urban carb shop modified 1480, MSD 6AL. It needs a stroker shortblock , new seats , rims and the headliner needs a little love .Other than that it is super clean in and out . Only minimal surface rust in a very few spots
