HR980 Compressor Wiring

Hey guys,

I’ve made progress with the AC since my last post. Factory non ac car - ‘86 GT with a ford dealer installed Hr980 compressor. All fuses and relays have been checked.

I found a wire running from the top of the compressor that runs into the firewall and into the dash.

Would anyone have any knowledge on where this wire should go? Maybe a wiring diagram for this compressor ?

That should be the hot wire for the a/c clutch. It needs to have switched power going to it.⁰
