If aftermarket speakers, go with spade connectors.
Strip wires and crimp on regular female spade connectors.
Can use insulated spade type that cover the terminals like a plug does.
If factory speakers, go to salvage yard, hunt, match connector, harvest as a pigtail.
Factory connectors are sold online too. Spades will fit on factory speaker terminals.

Regular width spade connectors will fit on the narrow (-) terminal, or get the smaller width spade size.
That way + and - wont get mixed up if any future speaker replacement is done and wires have no +/- I.D.
Or add piece of tape to mark one wire.

No spades on those- the newer style i believe- late 90s up?
    Or find some other ones.
Unless factory or aftermarket connectors can be found, its solder time.
Solder in a pigtail, using a 2 wire trailer harness, so speaker can be disconnected.
Or make one up with wire and spade connectors.
