Default Hello New here from TX 1979 Ghia coupe

Hello all, new here from Fort Worth Tx. I've always been aware of this site but never had a good 4 eye to share until now. Check out this 1979 Ghia package coupe I just picked up!

That is a sharp looking car and very clean. I like the color combination. Are those the 16" replica TRX wheels?

Thank you sir! I had to have it because it was such an odd ball! haha And yes these are the replica TRX wheels from LMR. The car was originally ordered from the dealer with american racing 10 holes that are gold! I have them as well and may throw some tires on and put them back on the car.

That’s a cool looking car, won’t see another like it.

How original do you think it is?
    Do you know its history?

This car was for sale during the last couple of years and featured here a couple of times. I remember there was some talk regarding the door panels/seats possibly being original (they are not), and about the Pace Car hood, again not original. Cool car though. The LMR wheels look good. I'm getting a set for my T-top notch, hopefully at the end of this yr. Good purchase!
