You might have coolant in your oil with a leaking timing chain cover. 4 days and a ford dealer cant get it to crank? Wtf? Good ground on starter? jump power with booster cables? Give your block ground with booster cables. Jump the solenoid. Its an old 302 not rocket applances. Do you have power at the startervwhen cranking?
Find a buddy who knows more than I changed oil once and now I am a master tech and your set. Keep at er and eliminate things to find the problem. If you own a test light or a multimeter you should be set.
You replaced the timing chain you sure you got it right? Maybe the pistions have been introduced to the valves? Try turning over by hand 2 revolutions and get backto us after everything is checked.
