Here is Dynomation 5 wave action model. I had to swag a bit for total flow numbers due to only having peak cfms, also runner lengths and cross sections are best guesstimates but I think I am pretty close.
FYI this software is generally 5 lb/ft per 100 lb/ft high on torque numbers so pull about 35-40 lb/ft from the peak. That will put it in the 1.4 lb/ft per cubic inch range which is usually the high end for pump gas builds.
This engine would LOVE more compression and just about all the lift you could give it with that long stroke. All the other models in the program line up with this one and that is a good sign of accuracy from my experience.
Cannot imagine how fun 800+ hp on pump gas NA will be.
Are you going to dyno this engine?

Any one else laughing about all the crap we hear about the power you can’t make without a coyote or LS. Love the way builds like this call BS.
Dart released their 4.185 x 4.250 9.5 deck block a while ago. The stroke is prohibitive for a lot of RPM but wow that’s big cubes

This looks like one of those "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it projects! LOL
Unfortunately with a motor like this your street ability is going to go right out the window.
This makes my build look tame by comparison. High horsepower motors are great when they are running right but can really ruin your day when things aren't working. I can remember more then several outings where I came home and threw the keys on the table and said "&%$%!" Then not get back in the car for a month or 2 and then drive it again and everything is working fine! Don't get me wrong when it is running great, it's a blast but those days are limited by weather, humidity and road conditions ETC.. I am not trying to rain on your day, I am just letting you know that high horse power motors tend to be very temperamental.
Enjoy the new ride when it's done but be extremely careful, that kind of power can get out of control very quickly.
Best wishes,
Robert

The blue thunder heads who worked them by chance ?
Pictures don’t show up. Bummer
i assume it’s for oil return speed
Duane Busch in NC is building my motor. He also did his magic on the heads.
those heads are killer when worked
I worked for a guy who owned a head shop and I don't want to mention the name but they made crazy power with the blue thunder series heads and the later LS heads
He was into serious boat performance and came onto the scene and made some real power
It was beautiful CNC work on the 5 axis CNCS
Our shop made the" tomb stone"fixtures to mill 5 heads at a time (picture square block that indexes 360 deg and a head sits on top all done with rotary table kinda motion
The guy who ran the show was super talented with the 5axis mills
This company was in Michigan and was in 2004 ish-2015 but made most of the performance LS and Viper and Blue Thunder port programs and Harley heads the screaming eagle stage 1-2-3
His boat had twin 502s stroked with his heads on a 36ft boat or so to make a statement and advertise on water at speeds that boat hull wasn't suppose to see.pretty sketchy
I'm very curious what a real builder thinks of there Blue Thunder port programs like your guy building yours
I followed this build since your front bumper bar was going on lol
Very nice work beautiful build congrats
Wow. That is going to be one seriously stout motor.
Finally ran on dyno today!

Here are my new headers we will be installing once my motor is installed in the engine bay:
Do you have any videos of that monster on the dyno? I'd love to hear it!
What transmission are you going to run?
Cale
Those may be close to the most beautiful pipes I've ever seen...
Can you tell me what brand of header you went with?
