Default Found Pace Car Recaros for my 82 GT

Yes, finally found them. And to boot the seller lives only about 5 minutes away from me.

It looks like all the hardware is on the front seats and I just need to slide them in. I have not looked yet but what is involved with taking out the stock rear seats?

Those look to be in fantastic shape!

I had to swap the carpet over from my '82 to the back of the 79 seat to make it work.

The two rear seat back pivot bolts are accessed after the rear seat bottom cushion is removed.
    Easier done than said.

82GTforME why did you have to swap the carpet over?

Of course after more than three years and not driving the car, the exact details slip my mind.

I can't recall if it was for around the latch or the hinges now. This car with the Recaro's and the spare seats are all put away snug.

Once you get them side by side, maybe you will see the issue and can refresh my memory

Clearly, I did not document this very good back then! This was the only picture of the back.

Thanks! The seller was a bit difficult to deal with but I am glad I finally got them.
