    Default Advice on 2.3 build

I bought a 1988 merkur xr4ti just for the 2.3 turbo in it im swapping it into a 1989 mustang lx I want to make 400-500hp for my build i need advice on what injectors I should get and if the stock merkur computer can run them (80lb+ injectors) and also what camshaft to get?? any ideas because all injectors I find seem to need a performance computer that i dont have the money for so if i need a computer whats would be a budget computer that would run 80lb+ injectors

There is a lot of useful information here and on Turboford.net about proven combinations.

    Quick answers
    - no your stock computer won't work at that level.
    - look at the microsquirt Stinger-performance.com sells (not just the Pimpx versions, scroll past the Pimpx section)
    - in addition to injectors you'll need to dump the vam so the pimpx or microsquirt are your best bets.

Just wondering are you planning on building 4-500 wheel HP or crank HP?
