I hate to do this but I must sell the Capri at this time. It's an all original car that's been in storage since 1993. Last week I got it up and running again. I put on some mustang pony wheels but I do have the original wheels and tires. The car is in pretty good shape for the age. The only interior flaws are the driver side carpet has a hole from a heel and a couple discoloration spots behind the seat and the climate control fan switch plastic is broken. Body wise it's really straight with no dents but it has a lot of rock chips in the front. Mostly the passenger fender.
Main reason for sale: yesterday on its first real drive, once it warmed up the engine developed a tap. Sounds like it's in the heads. After I heard it, inoticed the oil pressure gauge wasn't reading. Right before this I had changed the oil and bleed the brakes.
So I'm selling it as is.
It will start right up but most likely needs a rebuild or oil pump etc.

More likely 155,000 miles, hard to wear a hole in carpet with 55,000 miles. But that car looks to be a steal, very sharp!

This is great opportunity as most cars here on the west coast go for twice the money in this condition. For this price it is worth the cost of shipping. Use a broker as they can negotiate great deals. If anyone needs a reference plz PM me
