Default Carlisle Ford Nationals May 31 - June 2, 2019

    Hey All!

It's time to start thinking about next year! And look! Fox Platform is the feature for 2019!

I'll take a shot at getting my Capri into the feature building but won't hold my breath.

It looks like the "special" cars have been selected.

I don't see mine. It's ok though. I'll be there. On the hill. With the friendly on the hill people. Sure.

I just got my gate and go pass and couldn't find the Capri class up on cardiac hill, I panicked for a moment thinking I registered wrong. Then I found B315 down by the special interest pavilion, I want to know who bribed who, how much it cost and how much we each owe.

Looks like I will be able to make it. I just happen to be in town. It’s been about 5 years since I last attended.

It’s 140 miles away from me. Thinking of taking the Daddywagon. The Daddywagon is not “show ready” but it’s an excuse to take my son to a car show! I just hope the Daddywagon can make the distance! Haha!

Ah man, no I didn't, I hate that I didn't man. I wish I could've met up with some of you guys there. Someone had their 20th anniversary GT Dominator there and I was definitely feeling that. I really would have loved to have met the owner.

It was another excellent weekend. Enjoyed talking with 1985 Motorsports Capri and learning more details about that program. The weather cooperated for the most part. The days were sunny and warm. We drove into town with the parade Saturday and went into a restaurant for dinner. When we came out it looked like we missed the whole thing. Most of the cars had pulled out. Storms with tornado warnings. Just ended up being a loud thunderstorm. Didn’t win anything. The ride home was uneventful. Better luck next year!
