    Default New member 84 GT T-TOP 5 speed

    Attachment 125316Just picked up my dream car as a teenager. Original car except for exhaust. Very clean inside and out.
    Of course the t-top keys are missing.
    My first project will be suspension and swap the rear 7.5 for 8.8

    You can get a new key made at any locksmith that can cut them using their codes books or cards. You will need to provide the three-digit code from your T-roof lock, the lock series code (Fort 01-336), and the key blank code (54G).

    Welcome! Nice, glad to see you got your dream car as a teenager. I just got mine an 82 GT less than 2 months ago......though I have always owned at least one mustang at any point in time since the age of 19 and I am now 48 so we can't call my purchase a mid life crisis lol

    Cool we’re the same age. I’ve been trying to get the Holley worked out it was pouring fuel down the secondaries, stuck needle valve.

    Thanks for the tip. Gave the info to the locksmith and one minute later and $10 I was good to go!
