    Default Plasti dip wheels

Is it better to spray with tires on wheels or spray wheels then have mounted and run risk of damaging finish.

Better to spray with the tires on. The coating will just peel off the tires , especially if they have any tire dressing/silicone product on them. The coating is pretty decent, but will get nicked/scratched mounting/dismounting in most case.
