Yes the heads will bolt on. The whole rear will bolt right in and will fit perfectly with the longer axles when you run the factory 17x8 wheels with the 245/45 tires.

Value for heads in unknown condition, 200-400.

entire 8.8 rearend with disc brakes and the rear section of brake line. Diff is direct bolt-in but its 3/4" wider per side than your 85. best to get some Mosier axles that are fox with with SN95 flanges and some SN95 brake adapter brackets from Northern Racing.

You didn't say what all was left on it so we are pretty much throwing darts here. The T5 transmission is very easy to convert to a Fox if it's still there. If the H pipe is still a 94-95 style then the headers won't work, even if they are aftermarket. The 94-95 style has a much larger collector opening (and thus looks to me like it would flow better but would require a matching size H pipe). An aftermarket shifter would be the same as a Fox. Those were still a return-style fuel system but I'm not sure if the tank will bolt in a Fox or not. I know the core of the rear floorpan stamping was the same so maybe. The fuel filler outlet may be in the wrong place for a Fox. It is on the same side though so again, maybe. I am not saying it is the best solution or anything but I know people use the brake booster, master and proportioning valve to convert a Fox to 4-wheel disc.
