i am looking for a front air damn, hood snake decal and a stripe kit for a 80 cobra. the color i need for the strips and hood snake is chamois. NO ONE HAS REPRODUCTION so i need to find a set of nos. been looking for strips and a snake for almost 15 years. someone please help me!! if anyone has a nos snake and stripe kit let me know have $$$$$ waiting

Ever thought about seeing if it could be painted on? It wouldn't look perfectly original but a good painter should make it look awesome and nearly perfect. Custom rods and bikes always have that stuff done. You would need to get a good picture of one for the painter to go by. Plus it should last longer than a decal I would think.

If you ever do hit the jackpot and find NOS stuff, you can always keep that stuff in your back pocket in case you need to redo the car again down the road.

Well, anyways, just a thought.

Keep checking ebay, I have seen them sold on there before NOS. I don't know about that specific color though. Also try stripes unlimited, they produce a decal kit for my pace car, possibly the cobra also?

yes all the decal and mustang shops has stripes and snakes for a 80-81 cobra. they have blue,red,green NOT CHAMOIS!!!. i been looking for a stripe kit and snake for almost most 15 years. every one list a chamois snake and stripe kit in there catalogs.but when its time to order it they cant get it, graphic express said they or anyone else in the u.s cant make reproduction cuz they cant get the colors to match.

Time to find a good painter...

Agreed, if you've been looking for 15yrs, use a diff color or get a painter because most likely your screwed!!!

There are places that can reproduce any decal .
It won't be N.O.S. but , they can be made .

Use different color decals instead of trying to find some that are pretty impossible to get. What color is your car? Another color decal package might look pretty good on it. Its just another option.

i cant use a differnt stripe color cuz blue, green and red wont match my color. the car is chamois/blk. i will try to post a pic so you can see

Did you try www.phoenixgraphix.com ? I had to have them make me a decal set for my '79 Cobra because nobody had them in stock, although they did list them in their catalogs.

These decals look factory fresh and they were printed on 3M products. The only downside is that I had to wait 6 months for them to color match everything just right, print them, and send them off to me. They were definitely worth it though. The price was $207.00 (including shipping).

I bought my pacecar graphics from phoenix graphix for $450 then 4 months later when we had it painted we realized they had forgotten one of the running horse stickers and we had to pay them another $50 to get another one. They do look good though.
