If I hadn't found my Fairmont, this would be ripe for the picking...kind of wish I could buy it and store it somewhere for the next project.

I think it'd be sweet to leave the body/paint as is and do like some 18" Detroit Steel Artillery Wheels in a gun metal gray, tune the suspension, add a front air dam and hop up the motor. Would be a pretty slick little pro-touring budget build.

That would be a great build. Reasonable entry level price on a neat car.
