Default Annual last Wednesday nite in August Harper Avenue Cruise

Shorewood Kiwanis Harper Charity Cruise. Harper Ave.
St Clair Shores, Mich. Detroit suburb. City's east border is Lake St Clair.
Harper is about 2 miles inland runs n/s. 2.5 mile event.
Always a good turnout for a rare Wednesday cruise night 5p-9p.
Hundreds of classic cars parked and cruising in one of my old neighborhoods.
Minimal new stuff. Lots of Fords, 1980's fox.

Bought the Mustang (and two Rangers) at a Ford dealer in SCS.
Good people still family owned one mile east of cruise route. They had a rev your engine contest.
Same slogan. "Stay on the right track to 9 mile and Mack". Since 1946. 70 years!
True to a line in the jingle, - (their) "trucks and cars make your money back".

    Default we like car pics

Your welcome. Lots of outdoor music, live or not. Is like a giant Pre-Labor Day street party.
Every annual cruise in Metro Detroit is different. This one is short and sweet.
Impossible to cover the whole route in 4 hours taking select pics.
Was with friends, so we sat, watched, and ate grilled hot dogs, polish sausage.
Business' along the route volunteer their time and food items for a donation to the K.

Last area cruise of the year is on North Gratiot Ave, the 3rd and most northern segment 9/29/18.
