Will get more pics. It is a GS. I have the original paper work and the 1st owner had alot of options added. I do have alot on my to do list, first it to find out why she is running so rich. My wife was in the chase car on the way home and for 3 hrs she was gaging on fumes. Second is to replace a door seals. I know the 2nd owner removed the cats added an h pipe and is running through glass packs.

I have a really good paper trail and all the original Capri owners manual, warrenty book and some other stuff with some cool history back to my teenage years.

Car has a front lower air dam. Not available on the GS.
Car has charcoal lower paint. Not available on the GS.
Car has charcoal window trim. Not available on the GS.
Car has articulated sport seats. Not available in the GS.

Despite probably having a "GS" badge on the hatch it is not one. It is a Capri 5.0L (formerly Capri RS).

Look at the buck tag. It will have a "CRS" code. CRS = Capri RS

From my decoding the car was originally black. the 2nd owner had it repainted in 2006.

Congrats on your Capri. Always like a T-Top Capri. It looks great. I would also like to see some more pictures of it. Where are you located?

New cats would take care of the fumes.... just a hunch.

It does idle too high, and rough. So i know i have some work cut out for me. Engine wise i was told it was all original but .30 over with a mid cam. will get more pics up hopefully by this evening.

Omigosh that's nice! Detail the engine bay a little and enter it in some local car shows.
