I know you know this, but please use jack stands whenever you're working under any car. It makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck to see you working with only the hydraulic jack supporting the car. Just a tip from an old man.

Good luck with your brake troubles. We all get bummed out fighting a nagging problem.

Absolutely! I never crawl under a car without it being on jackstands or its own 4 wheels. If I'm changing a tire or something, staying outside of the wheel well yes I may only leave it on the floor jack, but if I'm in "creeper position" laying down looking up at a car, it's always on jackstands or all four wheels!

I'm not sure, but ive "heard" that the tilt of the MC in the car may inhibit getting all the air out of it. Definite progress! Good job!!!

That is why they said bench bleed with MC level in vise.

So glad you finally got it drivable! Looking forward to the heads, I have a set of them at home also. Maybe it will get me motivated.

I got the calipers clearanced. It's better than in the video, still not perfect. I do believe passenger side front is still sticking, but that's an easy fix.

That pipe you referred to as o2 pipe, should be the air injection pipe from the smog pump. If you are eliminating the rear cats, there is no need for that pipe to be there. It just helps get the cats up to operating efficiency quicker.

Someone else alerted me of that on a facebook group...and I later found the actual o2 sensors this past week to for sure kill that error on my part.

    Meanwhile here's the latest upload - https://youtu.be/cU3JC_87j70
