Default engine noise in the rear right speaker

I have an aftermarket Custom Auto Sound USA 630 and a 100 Watt per channel Alpine amp. There's 6 JBL speakers. Four in the original locations in the dash and next to the rear seat. I custom installed 2 in the front door panels about 4 years ago.

The speakers in the door panels have new speaker wire run to them. The 4 in the stock locations still use the original engine harness speaker wires. last year this wasn't happening but when I took the car out at the beginning of this spring there was a whiny engine noise in the rear passenger side speaker.

I was thinking the original wires in the engine harness are thin. I want to run new speaker wire to the 2 rear speakers and the two in the dash.

ground loop noise. Many times if the power cable is near or crossing over the RCA or the speaker wires you will get this. I’ve also seen bad head units, amps or RCA cables cause it.
