    Default 84 Mustang Speedometer

Replaced the speedometer cable 2 years ago. Driving it the other day and the speedometer needle was stuck at 75 mph. Thought I might have broken another cable but the odometer is still working. Anyone ever have this happen or have a clue how to fix?

Make sure the needle is seated and not hitting on the gauge face.

probably will have to pull the speedometer out of cluster and make sure flywheel is operating properly. I have a jumpy needle at lower speeds so I think I have a similar issue. Good luck.
