It's been twenty-five years since the snow incident. Waiting on the headliner. Last seen in Memphis a week ago.
Got blasted photo right side up this time. I have no idea how.

Still requires the wet 1500 grit and HD compound, and it is impossible to keep anything clean in this barn.

Hot staples, Eastwood's urethane adhesive, and Bumper Bite. Air dam was ripped across both vertical sections as well. Back side looks like a Frankenstein stitching job.

Looks Great to Me! Congrats on getting it repaired. Unfortunately the early yellow urethane bumpers are a real pain to work with. They are much more difficult to work with than the later model stuff. Great Job!

There are areas I will repaint in the future. I've learned quite a bit since I started, and can improve them some. Also had some condensation drips from the tin roof land unnoticed on the grille while I was painting.
With more practice I think I could produce a paint job of quality comparable to the early eighties factory finishes, which ain't saying much, I saw it when new!
Ventilation is no problem in my shop, although sometimes wind chill can become a factor.
Put the AC together from parts and it actually works. That amazes me.

Installed an SMS headliner and got all the lights checked and working. Will put the small GT emblem back on the dash and tomorrow it will be insured, tagged, and state inspection. Name: image.jpg
