WOW! If it's done, why is it inside? LOL. Let's see some pictures of it outside in the light. What I see looks amazing. Nice job!

10 inches of snow on the ground. She doesn’t like the cold.

The car looks great! Looking forward to more pictures when it is outside in the springtime.

LOL! 10" of snow! It was 81* here in Dallas on Wednesday.

Very nice rollcage. I see so many cages which violate so many rules and laws of physics, that it is nice to see one well designed.

I understand Trey's issue with the kicker tubes and the rear X. I understand why the shop did what they did, but I would have done it differently. Weld the shock tower brace tube directly to the floor of the car. Then the kickers and X can land on top of this tube or on the shock tower itself.

As it is, if the car were ever to be raced, all you would need to do to pass tech is to weld bulkheads on the forward and rearwards faces of the shock tower brace tube which extends down to the floor. This would be easy to do without changing anything else.

Those seat mounts are not going to pull out of the floor!

Mocking up a Konig Hypergram in Race Bronze. Trying to save some weight over my current R58 Conra R wheels. The Konig is 18.5 while the R58 is 22.2 for a savings of 3.7lbs per wheel. Wheel is 25mm offset but I might order it in 40mm so I can tuck it in better possibly with spacers and the ultimate goal to squeeze 275/40/17 up front. Running 255’s square currently. Goal is to get the car under 3100 lbs.

Went to check my valve lash and noticed some rockers getting tired. So I decided to install new CC Ultra Pro Magnum rockers. And new pushrods and studs. I’m glad I did because 3 of the pushrod guideplates were cracked!

I had no problems with cooling on the street but now that it’s more of a track car it’s getting hot. Oil is hitting 270 with water at 200. I decided to install some hood vents(Race Louvers). I actually ordered 4 but was only able to get the smaller side ones in while leaving the hood on. Hood will have to come off for the center vents. These did help cooling some but not enough. Next will be a better oil cooler and boxing the radiator.

Make sure to block off the vents at the back of the hood.

Blew the old motor. Lost a lifter and wiped out the cam. New motor I switched to a hydraulic roller and decreased the compression so I can run pump gas. Had a custom FTI cam ground hoping for more mid-range torque and less peaky power than the old engine. I can’t post pics unfortunately
