Default New guy here... Oregon coast

Hello fellow Mustang guys and gals. Not Joe is the name. Although only in the local Chinese restaurant as the little old lady greeting a buddy and I will say, “hello to Joe” and promptly waives at me saying “Hi Not Joe.”

Today’s day 1 here on the site. But I’ve been a Mustang ‘fan’ for many years. Currently finishing a new motor in an white 83 GT, pondering if I should put the correct 5.0 in my 83 Wa State Patrol SSP or use my 460 big block motor in it. I’m open to suggestions, advice, gentle scoffing, and a push here and there to do the right thing (and go big block in the SSP). And if my hands aren’t already too busy with those 2, I bought a white 83 GLX 5.0 Convertible on July 5th and have no idea what I’ll do with it. It’s rough. But most of them are these days.

1995 I had my first ‘Fox’ in the form of a ‘86 5.0 T-Bird. Oh the memories created and the hearts broken in that car.

1999 I joined the military and found myself stationed in San Diego. By mid summer 2000 I was driving a mint Silver 1993 LX 5.0 convertible. If anyone knows where that car is today I’ll buy it back. It sold in Bremerton Wa in 2004 after a divorce.

Since those years as a kid I’ve had quite a few mustangs. I might forget a few but here goes.
    1986 T-Bird 5.0 blue
1993 LX 5.0 Convertible auto silver
2003 Terminator black (stolen as a no motor no irs shell)
    1992 Notch 2.3 5sp silver
1989 Notch 5.0 auto dark shadow blue just an incredible car
1990 GT 5sp black so ridiculously fast and fun and should have never sold it
1990 GT 5sp black parts car
1989 GT 5sp red another crazy fast car with everything done to it
1992 LX 5.0 convertible auto green
    2001 GT 4.6 convertible 5sp white
    1983 GT 5sp white
2001 SVT Cobra 5sp convertible white with 03/04 Terminator front bumper/hood
1983 SSP 5.0 Wa State Patrol white
    1983 GLX 5.0 5sp convertible white

I will try posting photos here later.
