Question Red And White Wires Next To Booster and below wiper motor??

I'm in the middle of doing a disc brake conversion on the '86 and found these two wires clipped off located below the wiper motor and next to the brake booster. What are they for? Red and White.

I'm also wondering what that speaker wire may be for?

Weird. Were they homemade grounds for something?

Looks like something someone added in at one time and later removed.

The small box with the two terminals looks like a circuit breaker. Like BMW Rider says, probably something a previous owner installed and then removed. Any voltage on the cut wires?

I don't see the speaker wires, guessing they went to an underhood speaker for an alarm system, fancy horn that plays tunes, CB PA speaker, etc??

The red and white wires were clipped off under the dash so I removed them.

The speaker wire was cut off under the dash also. I need to put a meter to it and see if it has power or not because it runs forward through the hood/fender bumpers and down the forward side of the battery. If no power, then I can remove it without worrying about the terminal hitting the body.
