Can I also get a larger shot of the calibration sticker on the valve cover(s)? And pics of the carb tag and distributor tag? Thanks.

I thought this car had sold last year. Very cool. I'm glad you got this one and not that certain black one lol.

It was almost like fate. It was posted on kijiji right after we talked.

Did more maintenance today including deoxidizing the driver door and around the door jamb and greasing the original steering components. The original tie rod ends are in great shape but the ball joints, especially the drivers side will need to be replaced along with the end link bushings and control arm bushings. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Took out the back seat to search for hidden treasures only to find proof the car was broken into as there was glass from the Passenger 1/4 window. But I did find an old Bic lighter, a quarter, a unused nut with a black butyl backing for the sail panel, and I found one of my missing ttop trim end caps!

Here is my Marti report. Not the most rare of Foxbody cars but has some unique numbers.

Original ball joints had some slack and the drivers boot was toast and passenger side had a good size crack as well. I'll never change them without a lift again! And make sure you remove the dust shield before releasing the ball joint! I broke my dust shield and had to search for one and located a used one. New joints seated nice and tight. Just have the rotors and brakes to put back on.

If anyone needs to know colors and markings for struts and control arms, I can snap pictures as the paint was still under the dirt and grime.

Yes, please. There is a code on the build sheet and I am curious if the code stands for a paint dab on the part.

Wow! Great find. The paint really turned out nice. Great to see in such original condition. Congrats on the purchase.

Thanks fascat. The paint looks really good for its age. Not perfect by any means with all the nicks and bumps. But all those nicks, bumps and scratches tell the story of the original owner. It will only be this way once.

I know it's not the Blainer way of doing things. This car is just getting what it needs nothing more and nothing less.

Great looking find man, I really like how unique it is. I know it’s a haul for you but, I would love you see it at Foxtoberfest in October. I’m so glad someone like yourself has gotten this car. Looks awesome!

That would be awesome! Facebook has helped put names and faces to people on here but an actual face to face with my 4eyed brethren would be stellar!

That is a super clean Fox body! Looks like you need Bobby Flay to work on that passenger side valve cover with all the spaghetti there!!!
