    Default Question about wheelhop

I have replaced my 7.5 with a rebuilt 8.8 with 373 gears. But i couldn't save the slapper bars and I didn't know how to install the quad shocks cause my car is an 1982 Capri. My question is that I get wheelhop and I'm guessing cause of the quad shocks not being there. How can I fix this without putting quad shocks on?

Good aftermarket lower control arms usually solve this. I'd recommend the Maximum Motorsport ones.

^ I agree. You really only need the quad shocks on hard acceleration, as the stock control arms flex a bit and cause the rear to bouce, the quad shocks dampen that. Good aftermarket uppers and lowers eliminate the need for them, even on a higher horsepower car.

If you just drive this thing and it's fairly stock, you likely will be fine without them, even with stock control arms. Unless you're doing smokey burnouts everytime you leave a traffic light that is..
