    Sure there are plenty that leave an engine stock.

    If the engine is in good shape and runs well, then there is nothing wrong with leaving it alone. Even if it needs a little TLC, you can keep it stock even with replacement parts.

    If you need/want more power then you will want to consider how much power you realistically want/can afford and go from there. Good Luck!

    As Trey said above. Tons of people leave their engines stock. Some go drag racing with a stock engine, some go auto crossing, some go road course racing and some just cruise to get ice cream and go the local Saturday show with stock engines. Plenty of people have stock engines.

    I found this car just sitting in a garage just like you see it so now to repair interior

    Yes, my dads 79 RS 5.0L is all stock and thats the way he's keeping it.
    If you blink at the end of the straight away you'll miss the twisties and what fun would that be!
