Rare car, only a few left in the world, especially in this condition. 1981 ford Fairmont electric car. This car was built by the US Government as part of an electric car study. I have the 115 page document from government files with pictures and every detail about the inner workings of the car. 24000 original miles. Not rolled over. The car drives currently and is a blast to drive. Its quiet and rides like a Cadillac. $9995.00 firm. If you dont have the cash please dont waste my time. Call or text

Yeah, can’t imagine 35+ yr old batteries have much life left in them. It’s kind of a cool car, but this guy is looking for a very unique buyer at that price. I see Nissan Leaf all-electric cars a few yrs old listed for $5-7k.

    Down to $1500!!

1981 Ford Fairmont station wagon ELECTRIC CAR. Came electric brand new. Runs and drives. It's a blast to drive. I just bought brand new batteries for it. Just plugs in to any 110 volt outlet and automatically charges and shuts off when full. New tires. New chargers. Has a 4 speed stick shift with a clutch. They made 40 of these cars and this is the last one on the road in the world. 1500 OBO call or preferably text

$1500(asking) is tempting, but with two ongoing projects, sorry, NFW. :-(
