    Default Electric fan not working

    Recently installed a be cool single electric fan thermostat wiring harness and spal low profile fan.fan will not turn on i can hear the relay clicking on and off but can wont spin? .i tested fan with jumper wires to battery it does work that way. Any suggestions?

    Fuse good?

    Get a volt meter and see where it has power.

    I wired to the fuse in the fuse panel. Which one should it be on?

    Maybe you don't have enough juice going to it. What's your controller relay rated at? And how does that compare to what the fan draws for amps?

    Double check what is connected to each relay terminal. They can be a bit confusing. For a typical 4 connection relay, full battery/system power goes to the "30" terminal, ground connection to the "85" terminal, switched power to the "86" terminal, and output power to your fan/whatnot to the "87" terminal.
