    Default 1982 Mustang GT

Hi. Looking for an all original '82 Mustang GT. The more original the better. Not really interested in cars which have been updated or motor swapped, only an original.

Let me know what you guys have!

    Thanks!

All I see is "Chicagoland". No nicknames. And you're missing a state.

Thanks! I saw yours. Very cool car! But I'm really looking for a 5.0, 4 speed.

What's your budget? You looking for a low mile show car, or more of a driver?

Actually, either one. And willing to pay appropriately for either. And I don't mind a solid, unmolested car which needs a little love. I guess what I'm NOT looking for is a driver quality car, priced like a low mile show car! LOL!

Very nice! Looks beautiful in silver.

But personally, I'm a stickler for factory finishes on wheel.

I'm not a stickler, I'll take it with the wheels!

Sorry OP for the post, just had to comment on the car. Beautiful Tony!

Love the color combo! What can you tell me about it since you've put eyeballs on it? Looks like it could use some TLC. I'd imagine no rust?

It's a decent org car, interior is nice nut dirty should clean up nice. Exterior has issues, dents bad paint, scratches, busted dr mirror.
She did fire up & drive & could use a carb rebuilt & the clutch is ok but getting close to needing replaced...Oh & the tires are crap..
So just a car that needs some loving..defiantly not garage kept car as mentioned in the ad. Personally I think 2-2500 is an ok price for it
based on what cars I have bought or found for others.

I'm interested in that silver car, but it may be tough to do a deal on it. I had them send me close ups of the TRX tires , bald and dry rotted. That's 1200-1500 bucks right there.

Actually you would be better off spending $1,100 on new 16" TRX wheels (correct factory finish) and new, MODERN rubber than putting overpriced Coker tires on the metric wheels that will probably need refinished. Those SVE wheels from LMR look VERY nice and correct for these cars.

You may be right. 1K for new wheels and tires or 1.5K to buy, ship and mount Cokers on the original wheels. Honestly, if they were the same cost, I'd stick with the Coker TRX tires, but they're not.
