I am looking at a powerdyne for a 94-95 mustang but I don't know what brackets I would have to change in order to make it fit with an 86 bracketed car?
Thanks
Todd

Everything is different. The belt spacing (distance away from block to pulleys) is also different so the front cover and water pump have to be changed. Thunderbird/Cougar 5.0 also has the correct brackets. Also the PS pump and AC compressor switch places so there would be some major plumbing changes to do.
That is great info. That helped a ton.
Thanks
The 91-93 only cougar/tbird with a 302. Those engines are also wider.
The explorer 302's also used the same offset. The angle of the throttle body is also a bit different, but it wouldn't be hard to use the 87-93 setup either.

I used an Explorer alternator bracket and a 94-95 5.0 mustang brackets(and water pump) on my 393. They didn't line up exactly. Had to shim out the Explorer alt bracket a little, maybe 1/4". I wanted to use the Explorer oil cooler. Also gained a good amount of extra room in front of the motor.
