Default 1985 Mustang GT - Original OEM Exhaust for sale

In May of 2017 I sold my 1985 Mustang GT.

The new buyer did NOT want the original exhaust. It's been sitting in my garage ever since and it's time for it to go.

FOR SALE - 1985 Mustang GT - Original OEM exhaust.

What you see is what I have to sell.

The car only had 56K miles when I sold it and this exhaust was not on the car when I bought it so I expect the real mileage on the exhaust is relatively low. Overall it seems solid - only remember seeing one small hole - see the pictures I took a long time ago - just getting around to selling it.

Asking $250 or best offer. Sold As-Is - it is a 33 year old exhaust system.

Local pickup preferred - located in Hanover, MD. If you want to ship it please contact me. I would prefer to sell it all at one time.

    Please ask any question.

I'd love to have the headers if you don't get a buyer for the full system.

jason - if that doesn't pan out and your patient ...... I have a pair of 85 headers with my car Trey is working on in Austin.

Mufflers and tail pipes too for that matter

I'm going to have a PILE of parts to sell off by the time the 85 build is done, that's for sure.

DOOHH! Rude thread hijack, LOL. I'm sure what you meant to say was Good Luck with your sale, those are nice parts, haha.

It looks like the tailpipes have been cut off at least two cars. Picture ending in "191812" in the link shows another cut and a fresh weld a little further up from the current one. You can tell the seam in the pipe no longer lines up. Still some of it is very hard to find stuff. Would make someone a great daily driven or occasional driven MCA show car exhaust if they wanted to stay original.
What's funny is that it was not required to cut them to get them removed in one piece. You just had to jack the rear of the car high enough in the air and then take a floor jack and jack up the opposite side wheel all the way into the fender well and it would lower the opposite side axle down low enough to remove them rather easily.
