    Default Four Eyes in Michigan

I have an 86 GT, owned it for about a year. It's been fun. I've been searching online for steel wheels for the Murderhorse and ended up registering here to see if anyone could direct me towards some. Anyway, hello.

Four or five lug? Five lug you can run '98-'02 CVPI 16" steelies or Dodge Charger/Chrysler 300 17" steelies (forget the year span on those). You can get them used or new (Summit sells both new, but I'd have to look up the parts numbers again). I think Weller (junkyard here in GR) sells steel wheels for like $7 a piece which is my kind of price. LKQ wants something crazy like $25 a piece (and I'm sure they'll have a core charge mixed in there too for good measure, oh and don't forget the environmental disposal fee or whatever they call it). Four lug you can....dunno.....convert to five lug?

You could do what later year SSP Mustangs did and paint some aluminum 10-holes black with the silver center cap. I think those look pretty good and look pretty close to steel wheels if that is what you are going for.
