Its not like moving the battery tray is all that hard, it bolts in either side.

don't use the 24# injectors, not needed until you hit over 300 flywheel HP.
That conversion is so ez. I did it to an 85 CFI vic. I used EFI rubber fuel line with efi hose clamps. 5 minutes later the entire fuel system was done. Used the original fuel pump and everything.
The harness itself required 3 splices or so and it fired right up

The 1977 - 1989 Ford van had a quite small washer fluid tank with self contained pump. It’s perfect for a washer fluid tank relocation.
I used them frequently on GM and Chrysler cars when they came in with broken windshield washers. Way cheaper than fixing the over complicated crap many of their cars used. The Ford van tank is quite bulletproof.

The trucks also mount that way. You can swap fuel rails between them so they will clear the intake.

Also, my cougar birds had the washer fluid inside the drivers side fender.

I have the inside the fender mount washer reservoir to use as well as the Coolant reservoir on the side of the fan shroud. I have all the parts to do it, was just looking at insight. One problem I haven't solved is The EEC I'm using is an IV one and I want to put in MAF as well. I haven't seen a way to make the MAF work without going to a later EEC.
