    Default efi fuel rail unlock?

Is there a trick to the disconnect fittings on the intake fuel rail? I can't get mine to budge with the disconnect tool. Is one type of tool better than the other? I am trying to use the plier type multi size one that pivots in the middle.

The little white top hat tools are the best IMHO.

Spray with WD40 and let sit. Twist side to side spray again. Once you insert the tool into the spring clamp, it's always easier if you PUSH them together real hard, then pull apart. Can be a booger

alright, thanks, gonna have to get the plastic set and give it a go. I tried pushing together on the reails and there is no movement. gonna soak it with WD or PB blaster and try again.

Heat it up with a torch lol! (Kidding, of course). They can be tough to get apart sometimes. Soaking in wd40 or whatever will help. You can push the tool in and spray it to help work the oil inside the fitting.
