Was wondering, for the black GTs, did they come with the GT decal rather than simply the cutout to reveal the black paint? I’ve seen it both way and would like to know which is correct

Variations could be to black repaints with chance to use hood decal with cut out vs stick on.
LX had the GT dual tailpipes, so did the LX V8 option also come with a hood decal w/o GT?
Dealer add on by owner? Factory option?
